Al Qaeda's Poison Gas Opinion Journal wonders why we dont hear about this in the National News Media....I wonder why they wonder.

Ann Coulter is right that Conservatives are sort of cute when they believe that if they just explain the problem in a different way the Leftists will get it. They won’t, ever, get it, they already got it and “it” ain’t what the conservatives would believe anyone would accept as reality. Since the Conservatives don’t like what the Leftist’s believe they just convince themselves that they must be misunderstanding the leftists or that the leftists just don’t understand the problem. This isn’t the case. The Leftists/Appeasers are perfectly aware of what they believe and perfectly happy with their self destructive beliefs since none of that matters.

See the two biggest problems right now for the leftists don’t revolve around Al Queda and possible attacks. No sireee, the two biggest problems they see are the ascendancy of the United States which bothers the heck out of them and that darn George W. Bush. They, must, defeat, that, bible thumping, wife loving, children raising man, let’s say that again because that word really sticks in their craws, MAN. Everything must be done to defeat George Bush; he is the antithesis of everything their nihilistic philosophy believes. If they don’t destroy him the general public just might have a hero that can push back the leftists rapid envelopment of what passes for middle class society. By defeating him and electing John Kerry they would defeat the biggest threat to their world view to come around since Ronald Reagan. I would argue that it’s possible that George Bush is actually a bigger threat to their nihilistic world view than our beloved Reagan. Tearing down the United States is part of the deal as well since they really don’t like what the United States represents, sure they like the freedom but they don’t like the freedom to fail, the don’t like that competition thing, and they surely don’t like that we are a religious nation. Ooh boy they REALLY don’t like that, we don’t resemble France at all.

So you see its hard to believe that you are shocked by the nonsense that passes for news on the national media these days. Surely you must be joking to believe that the National News Media would put any story out that would do any of the following things, show the connections between Al Queda and Saddam, show that the WMD’s programs have indeed been found in a form that proves Saddam was violating the cease fire, show that Al Queda has indeed already been equipped with WMD’s from Saddam or that the economy is on the rebound, heck if they thought they could get away with it they would claim the sun was not going to rise tomorrow because of some agreement between Cheney, Bush and that evil Corporation Halliburton.

Now I know what you are thinking, you are thinking well buster brown surely those evil leftists are not hoping for another attack, surely they are fighting as hard as the rest of us to prevent another attack right? Well maybe so, but distorting reality is a hard habit to break and the left has been doing so much of it that I don’t think they even believe that there is a threat. Make believe world is a fun world when you are a child and a much less useful world when you are an adult. Mainly because the reality of an enemy is hard enough to discern when you are truthful but when you are busy manufacturing one set of lies for this supposedly gullible population and another reality for your policy makers you are likely to be extremely confused and declare victory prior to the fight. Then again they may actually believe that the bigger threat is indeed George Bush. Now how much fun is that?
