On my Connections between Al Queda and Saddam page, that has been up for nearly 3 years, I have had that arrest listed as evidence of the Collaboration between Iraq and Al Queda. All of this stuff is open source and I am an amateur without a budget why am I able to grasp what eludes the CIA and apparently the 9/11 Commission. Explain to me again why I am supposed to spend all this money on a Government that refuses to protect me? The level of apparent incompetence is reaching such a height that its beginning to look deliberate.
I asked Laurie Mylroie in a email 2 years ago whether she thought our intelligence agencies had been infiltrated and she said that she didn't think so. She believed it was nothing so sinister, believing instead that it was simply the CIA fighting for its life that brought the CIA into conflict with this countries survival.
Now will someone explain why it is that George Bush's Administration who had to know all about Able Danger did not make more of an issue of it? Did they want it swept under the carpet? It is increasingly apparent that the Government, the ENTIRE government whether Democratic or Republican believed that if its failures were completely known that it would lose the respect of the governed and perhaps they believed that after losing that much respect the people would actually follow through in throwing the bums out. But included in the elected officials would be much of the bureaucratic elite, whose jobs were supposed to be for life.

This is some amusing stuff the Commission is admitting to in the New York Times. The information did not make it into the final report because it was not consistent with what the commission knew about Atta's whereabouts before the attacks, Felzenberg said. So then it didn't fit the meme being developed in part by the CIA with able aid from the Democrats and MSM so it wasn't included. This is significant that the omission had to do with his whereabouts because the only whereabouts that were important about Atta was his trip to Prague.
