Time magazine has named Blanco one of the Nations Worst Governors. One of? Wow if there are any worse I certainly want to stay as far away as possible from that State.
Blanco is the Chiraq of this Nations Mayors as both stood around speechless or worse while their respective Governments failed to deal with crisis's that threatened to overturn their citizens.
