Yup when you read Roger Kimball's latest piece at the New Criterion aptly named "After the Suicide of the West" the judgment of this maniac judge doesn't seem so strange. Wrong no doubt but not a surprise. After all liberals are not simply and merely wrong they are dangerous and deliberately so. For the longest time its been obvious that nihilism runs deep in the heart of most liberal thinkers and Roger does the best job yet of explaining why with the able help of quotes from other deep thinkers from the right.

What is surprising about this Judge's sentence of 60 days for a child rapist is that its so long. After all the cutting edge thought on the left is that it should not be against the law to have sex with children. If you don't believe that to be true look at the bible of the left regarding sex, Sexual Behavior in the Human Male by Alfred C. Kinsey, then come back and explain where it says sex between an adult and minor is wrong. Another look at the war against traditional attitudes towards sex, you know the sort of attitudes that lead one to believe that having sex with an 8 year old girl is a bad thing.

We are at war with both the nihilism of the left and the Islamofacists...no one said this war was going to be easy. This judge is merely a symptom of the war and how high the hill is we have to climb to win.
