Big Lizards outlines a shocking bit of news. The possible destruction of the prosecution's case against Moussaoui by a collaboration between Airline lawyers and a Transportation Security Administration Lawyer.
So then is everyone happy about trying to prosecute terrorists in our criminal justice system? This bug should have met his maker about 41/2 years ago. Instead he is still alive, still spewing his hatred, still giving the 5th column moonbats on the left ammunition to destroy this government. Why?
